Pregnancy Yoga…with a doula twist!

These sessions are friendly, informal and supportive, your questions about pregnancy, birth and babies are very welcome. You don't need to have practiced yoga before.

Each week a theme will be set, for example, sleep, back pain, pelvic floor, active birthing, optimum foetal positioning, energy and lots more.

Sessions may include asana (positions), pranayama (breathing), chanting and guided relaxation, but will be guided by your requirements.

After the yoga we have tea, cake and have a group chat about everything regarding your pregnancy, birth and journey into parenthood. It is a safe space for you to share any thoughts and fears with a group of people with similar thoughts. As a birth and postnatal doula, Chair for the Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP), a mum, a breastfeeding peer supporter, holistic sleep coach all round birth geek I would love to talk to you about these things.

I will provide the props to use during the session, including a yoga mat if you don’t have one. Please just ensure that you are dressed comfortably and can move around freely.
