Pregnancy Yoga taster – Trimesters 2 and 3


Hey, I thought I’d share another 10 minute taster with you today, this week the sequence is suitable for both trimesters 2 and 3. We start with some breathing and relaxation and work through a variation on a sun salutation, we then move on to some hip opening asanas and spine mobilising moves. A great routine for easing back pain, waking up the body and relaxing the mind.
